Wow! I never thought of using fabric... I had made some to pass out to students at lunch when I saw them reading... I used scrapbook paper and clear packing tape. These would hold up better. thanks for sharing

Thanks for passing along that good idea. I also browsed a little further - I adore those spray painted "chocolate" bunnies and eggs! I might make the bookmarks for my entire book club sometime. I think it might be okay to cut the cards lengthwise and have longer, narrower book marks, too, depending on what would better suit the fabric. One side should have something distinctive, such as an arrow, or it might be hard to tell which side of the page was supposed to be marked.

I loved her chocolate eggs....come MOnday, I am going to by some eggs to do for next year!
I love the idea of marking the fabric to show which page your own!
