Several seasons ago I saw a bedsize quilt at the Jacksonbville Quiltfest done in this technique. White fabric, quilted flowers stuffed with a pink yarn and then trimmed with boullion roses embroidered on surface in pink. I still can visually see this quilt. It was exquisite.
