My trouble was the shipping charges where so much it was cheaper to pay full price elsewhere! :( I sent them an email we'll see what they say. After all if they choose to do nothing I doubt it's a place I want to order from anyway.

I have purchased from them several times. I have also bought a lot of their Essential thread. A great value.

What kills me is....there are the Flat Rate boxes/envelopes that are wonderful!
Sure, it's not all that good when you order a piece of fabric for $2 and the FRE is $4.80, but when they charge $10 minimum for a swatch, that's rediculous!

Ive checked them and have a list I want to order. I find that if i am going to put in a order anywhere I pretty much have to have a LARGE order to make it worth the shipping. But it is worth savings from buy local especially since i cant get most of the stuff local. I find since the gas price is up so is the shipping..
