Love these videos, but I have a really stupid question.
How do you know what size blocks to cut? What I mean is, how do you figure it out so that your prairie points end exactly where you need them to end so the corners line up nicely? Do you take the width and length and figure out what number is divisible by that number?

I was thinking the exact same thing. I am guessing you need to measure your quilt and then determine how many repeats you want of the Priarie point. Divide the length of the side by the number of repeats and number you get would determine the size square to use. I can see where it could be wonky if the number comes out to some strange fraction. I guess it would work best if the sides measured to whole numbers.
