    This arrived in my email to day and I thought I'd share. It would be so simple to sew the fabrics onto coffee filters, cut out the shapes and have fancy and adorable ornaments for the quilt or wall hanging.

    that is really cute. It gives me an idea of something I could help my GD make for herdaddy. While she couldn't do the applique sewing, she can draw, cut out and fuseeeee, and probably do some border sewing also. Last year she made the coasters and part of a doll quilt. She has a short attention span, so if I can get her to do the pretty parts, she just might want to stay until she finishes.

    That is cute. I can see making several and using them as a valance in my fabric area across the big wide window. Hmmm...
