I cleaned mine about 6 months ago but I didn't notice that it helped much so I'll follow Olfa's instructions and give it another whirl... otherwise, I may need to replace my tired mat. Thank you for posting the link.

Speaking of Olfa mats-- Has anyone noticed the difference in the old mats over the new ones? I bought mine in 1989 & if you look at the edge of it it's all green thru & thru. The new ones look like they're sandwiched between white plastic. Is it just me! I plan on washing my mats so I don't have to replace them for a while!!!!
