the prices ARE good at whittles. I don't know anywhere you can buy a civil war fat qtr for $1.40!!!! (they have a 10 fat qtr grab bag for $14.00) in 4 colorways. And it is nice fabric..... If they do ever have a sale, I may empty my pocketbook...lol

There are great prices at "Quilted Twins". One sister designs and the other finds the bargains.
