    I was surfing the web looking for some interesting quilt pattern ideas and stumbled onto this site.

    Oooohhh, I love a lot of the blocks on here, but stupid newbie question, how do you use them? Do you have to draft out your own pattern?

    No questions are stupid only needing to be answered. Yes, as far as I can see you need to draft your own patterns. Get some graph paper and it's easy. That way you can make them the size you want. You might be able to right click on them and print them out on graph paper which would make enlargement even easier.
