Anyone interested in a free sampler pattern? It's a 10-month BOM from Calico Gals. Here's the link to the first block:

Thanks for posting. I printed out the first block and signed up for the newsletter. But I also saved the link in my favorites so that I can visit their site whenever.

I can't find a page with fabric requirements...I'd like to know how much background fabric I need?

I found how much yardage is in the kit for this quilt, Hope it helps you. Background calls for 8 yards and colored fabrics are 17 different 1/3 yards cuts.
