I ordered blades from them this summer. They were fine blades.

Harbour Freight blades, in my opinion, seem to be hit or miss. I had to immediately take off two blades within the last couple of days because they weren't cutting in one pass, even one layer of cotton. The next one I tried did fine, so go figure. This ebay seller's prices are better than the Harbour Freight prices I have seen, a package of 2 is two dollars.
