What I find very cool about this web site is that you select a block, tell it what size you want, how many, what fabric (fat quarter, 40", 44" 60") and it will tell you how much of each fabric and how to cut it.

I've been struggling on a design because I haven't taken the time yet to figure out if I have enough FQs. I found that I CAN make the blocks I want with the FQs I have.

Thanks for posting! I needed a quilt calculator so badly! I'm always thinking up new patterns, but have hesitated because of the math. This might just do the trick.

On the block you want click on Show and Tell. It will show the block and underneath it has the link "block", click on that and it will go to where you put in the block size, number of blocks, and what fabric.
