That process would be a bit of a stretch for me, but might be something I'll try for a small project, such as maybe a special bag or centerpiece. She did an excellent job of explaining how to do it in that brief video. Thanks for posting it!

It is interesting. I would think you could skip the yarn and use a plain satin stitch if you wanted. This looks like a project I'd like to play with on a small scale.
