    How do you maintain accurate 2.5 inch strips using scissors and cutting a tube??? Do you mark it with a pencil like I have seen when making bias strips?

    Put the cutting board (I use 6 x 18) inside the tube. Remember, it is about 6 yards around the loop, so it works.

    Sounds interesting. But, if I understand your directions, won't the strip be off grain, not quite on the bias but about half there?

    The first part is how I make my binding so that I don't have to sew individual strips together, so it shouldn't be too hard to grasp the rest.
