Just ran across this site...

Not all of the magazines issues are free, but you can scroll through and get lots of ideas and there are enough free patterns and tutorials to make it worthwhile to have a look. The "Quilt Social" magazine is free to look at.

It's a great site .... I stumbled on it a sometime ago.
Surprisingly too, a lot of magazines there for other topics.
I actually discontinued a couple of non-quilting subscriptions with this freebie .......
