    Thanks so much!!!!!
Now if someone can come up with a site for "how to unzip" for the computer challenged people.
Also, I use EXP and I randomly clicked on the sites and none showed EXP format. What is a computer illiterate person to do?

what operating system do you use? I have windowsXP and all I have to do is right click on the folder (after you down load it and save it) then click on extract. A new file folder will load and your design will be in there. I don't know much about EXP format but I do know there are programs out there that you can reformat a design to what you need. I use PES.

Thank you so much for all these links! I've bookmarked it so that it will be easy to find when I get serious about learning to use my embroidery machine. :-D
