Price was $19.99 but shipping was $25.61--won't be getting one at this house.

This looks nice, but I use a product from New Leaf Stitches called Clearly Perfect Angles. It isn't as big, but it costs half as much. It attaches to your sewing table like vinyl window clings. No tape needed.

I've had something similar for a couple of years, and will attest that it makes sewing straight and piecing so much better. Plus it covered up the little lip on the plate on my machine so no more flipped pieces on the bottom side (especially with paper piecing).
I use painter's tape (masking tape that removes a lot cleaner) I cut mine so I didn't have to remove it unless i was taking the table insert off the machine.

The one I had is a bit on the small side for me new machine, so I'm ordering one of these. Bought it for $25 plus $5 shipping directly from SewSteady. I got a $21 quote for shipping from Allbrands, and I'm in South Dakota. I'm OK paying $30 but didn't want to pay $40 for it.
I am so use to having a grid on my machine bed that I feel lost without one!

Thanks for your review. I've been on the fence trying to decide if I should get one. I saw it demoed at The Maine Quilt Show for FMQ. It’s nice to see it has another use. The vendor says it sticks like a color form. She didn’t’t use tape. How fragile is it when you need to remove it? Thanks
