Never seen it before, will have to try that out sometime and experiment.
Sort of like the dimensional Pinwheels but in Stars.

Great link, thanks for sharing this.

Interesting! I may not be understanding the pattern but wouldn't you have some waste? When it says to lay with backside up and trim on the raw edges is the trimmed part waste? Maybe someone can help me to get this.

It reminds me of the 10 minute block. You're essentially sandwiching a folded piece of fabric between two background pieces in both techniques.

Our Quilt Group had a class using this pattern several years ago. Very nice!

That's what I thought too. I'll have to give it a try. Thanks.

Looks like a cousin of the 10 min. block. Wouldn't think it would be too difficult. . . . but I've said that before patterns that made me tear my hair.

Actually, I have. Can't tell you where or when but I made one block. Kind of neat, easy to do.

I think it will "dawn" on me if I actually practise it step by step with scraps. I don't get it from just reading, the last diagram is the challenge for me. Senior moments I expect!
    Interested in a tutorial though.

Went to the site. Says it is a complimentary pattern, but you can't print the directions. Any clues how to do this.
