I ordered on May 2 and received an e-mail that my order was received. Got a follow up e-mail 5/10 stating they have been overwhelmed with orders and they are trying to process as fast as they can. And they will send a confirmation e-mail as soon as it ships. So I will be waiting :(

I received an email yesterday from The Quilted Quail about my order. Seems as if they were unprepared for the amount of orders that they received as\nd as soon as my order ships, I will receive an email. That makes me feel btter. :-)

No email confirmation yet, I ordered May 4. I'm in no hurry, just excited to see what will be in the box.

I think the posting here created a landslide of orders. They must be happy about that, even if they are struggling to catch up! :)

Ordered the FQ special on the 2nd, got a confirm email then nothing, however, from your recent posts, looks like they are just overwhelmed... Didn't really need them, but now that I've ordered, I'm all hot to trot :D

No response to my email as of yet, phone number included. If a shop has email, it should be read and answered everyday. There is no acceptable excuse for not doing that if the shop is open for business.

I ordered a surprise box on May 8, and got the "we're running behind" e-mail on May 10. I sent an inquiry on May 13 asking for an approximate ship date, but haven't heard anything back. I agree that they should respond to e-mails within 24-48 hours.
Hopefully it won't be much longer, and that it'll be worth the wait. FWIW, they haven't charged my debit card as of yet. |
