My Barnett laptop hoop arrived last week, and it is awesome! Not only is it beautifully finished, but it is just the right size at 14" so I don't need to stretch to quilt. I *love* that it tilts to an infinite number of positions, and it also turns 380 degrees. NOW, it's on to learning Jean Brown's way of quilting [the Needleart thimble and the Aunt Becky tool arrived a few days later]. Life is good!

I have been keeping my eye on this contraption. It is on my must have list and I will probably purchase in the next month or two. I love the quality of the wood used. I view these hoops as a work of art and am looking forward to owning one.

I too have been thinking about getting one. Trouble is what one to get!! LOL I would like to do rug hooking as well as quilting. I emailed and was told to get the thicker hoop. Guess all that is left to do is order one!!!

I did make a floor frame version...and thank you all for the kind words. This one is an 18 inch frame.

This is an 18 in. Floor Frame. It too has the magnetic bottom, tilts and spins.
