Marshalls Dry Goods in Arkansas? |
Nice to see that Michael Levine is still in business. I used to buy from them in the 70's-80's, when I lived in Hawaii and had a handmade swimsuit business. Marshall's Dry Goods is similar, but has them beat by a mile where price is concerned.

It looks similar to High Fashion fabrics here. Only they have 2 locations now.

If you get a chance, you really should go to High Fashion. It's incredible. And a bit overwhelming. Everything from $300 a yard lace to cheap flannel all in the same place. |

I used to shop at Michael Levine's back in the day when I sewed clothing. Since I no longer shop for fashion fabrics, haven't been to L.A.'s garment district in ages. The traffic and crowds make for (me) a not-so-pleasant experience.

Wow, never knew there were places, could be dangerous to shop there! I'd wind up with tons!! :)
