Interesting! It looks like a very simple but useful idea. Great for a beginner.

I found this really interesting. Looked at other sites about it and someone commented that it is like the Apple of sewing machines. A totally new concept that can morph and evolve into whatever is needed. The one thing I can't figure out is, if you are pushing down on the base to make the needle move, are your hands on top of the fabric? How does it move along, as you press down? Would like to see it in action. Also, that Trend site has some fabulous other ideas, too! Viva la future!

Ditto on pushing the base to make it move!!! Not sure I like it though.
