Steve, thanks for the link! This will come in handy.

Ok Steve, Have you made any quilts using these patterns? They look like they have a lot of very tiny pieces to keep track of. :D I did a little tumbling block quilt awhile back as a wall hanging & that was just about enough to make me a little crazy. Those patterns are sure beautiful though.

Not yet, but she has a pattern for sale called "Leonardo" that I've been looking at. It 'seems' more doable for someone of my skill level. She also has some more free patterns at the following that are listed according to level:

That Da Vinci quilt pattern is really neat. I think that is one of my favorites of jinnybeyer that I've seen. Very nice 3-D effect. If you decide to do it please post a photo of the finished one. That would be a neat challange also nice on a wall. :D

Will do, the pattern should be here in a few days and then it's a matter of buying fabric and fitting it into the schedule.

Those schedules can sure get in the way sometimes!! I've been wanting to sit down & start on some Christmas table runners & instead I went shopping with a friend on Sat. (needed a little more material) oh yea!!! After the material store we went to a thrift store & guess what we found??
That's right...more material!! We found a roll of bright pink cotton fabric for $42.00. I took it home & divided it up & it turned out to be 88 yards of fabric!!!! So after dividing it up we both have 44 yards of Bright pink (56"wide) @ around .50c a yard! Like those deals! Now what can I make using pink? maybe a charity quilt or 2. I just need more time in a day. LOL

Wow, what a treasure trove of great patterns. Thanks Steve! :)

Just got the pattern for "Leonardo" in and have my purples (yes I know she does it in red, but what the hey) all aligned and coordinated. I need to wait for the end of the month for the Joanne's sale for the black. I picked out three bolts of black off the wall today and each turned out to be the same Kona black fabric at about six bucks a yard. Since the sale will knock it down, I need about four yards and have projects backed up, I decided to wait.

The project is really simple or relatively for Jenny and I can't wait to cut the puppy up. Turned out to be a strip quilt with a bit of color value and pressing, but totally doable. I suggest if you like her work to order it up (the pattern) and give it a go. Should be fun!
:D

Sure, go figure, now that I have bought the pattern for "Leonardo" it turned up for free on the RJR website. Grrr... my timing really stinks.
