Love Sew Wool Pressing Mat

Hi everyone! Have any of you ordered from this company, Love Sew? They are offering wool pressing mats at a really good price but I haven't been able to find out anything about the company. Thanks!

Do you have a link to the site? All I can find is Love to Sew.

Here is the link: https://love-sew.com/ . I looked at those but I wanted a larger size. I finally ordered from Precision Quilting Tools and am very happy with it.

The advertisement/link popped up on my facebook feed this morning. The mat size and price suited me perfectly but there is something about the website that made me wonder. Couldn't find anything about where they're located or any reviews beside what they have on their site.

My radar would be up as well with this company after viewing their website. They are not US based, I can tell you that for sure. There is an icon for selecting different types of currency in the upper right corner and one of their links had a URL that ended - US. Another concern is the very limited product selection. I would pass on any purchases with them. I may be wrong but why take a chance. Trust your gut.

If you want a wool pressing mat just go to your local army/navy surplus and get a wool blanket and line your ironing board with it. That is what I did (only mine came from the thrift store $2). It works great.

I was wondering about that site too. anybody know where else one can get a good one for a good price? I am now thinking of getting one.

I've noticed lots cheap quilting notions being advertised online by legit sounding quilting shop names. All are based on the Wish.com type of items. Cheap knock offs of the quality brands.

I agree, trust your gut is good advice.
That being said, this particular site - Love Sew has Portland Oregon contact info.

There are lots of US web sites these days that have multiple currencies available. Many are multi national.
Brother is just one example....you have to choose where in the world you are to use their site.
My local quilt shop has very few products available for sale on their web site and

And not being a US based company is not necessarily a bad thing in itself. I buy from several Canadian and UK web sites.
And one of my fave overseas web sites sells authentic German bread. Yum!

just sayin

still....I don't know anything about Love Sew.......
