I emailed Martelli asking about replacing my mat. They said there is a one-time replacement for $20 and it has to be done through the office. I wrote back asked if that covered the shipping. They are coming to a sewing expo near me and I was hoping I could do the exchange there. I haven’t heard back yet.

I heard back from Martelli. I only need to call the office and pay the $20 - no need to send the mat back. Happy Camper Me!
