Yes, she is a wonderful sewer who has a lot of courage to brave the illness she has suffered from. We all say a prayer that she will be able to recover.

How sad, but she seems to be doing well. I'm sure she knows how loved she is and how many prayers are being said on her behalf. I have watched her shows since I was a teenager and learned something each time.

Thanks for the update. She sure has been bombarded with various illnesses. Hope she is able to beat this one down too.

she is such a wonderful person, always helping others and she has taught a lot of us many quilting techniques.
She always made a new technique seem so easy that anyone would attempt to do the designs she showed.
I wish her a speedy recovery and hope she will continue to teach her techniques to all.

Yes, this was sad to watch on the video. I follow her blog and the news just came in on email this morning. I admire her courage.

She is a most remarkable woman. I've watched her shows for years and been inspired. All the best to you, Nancy, for a speedy recovery. I look forward to spending many more years with you.

So sad. She will beat this disease! I'm sure that others will join with me in praying for her and her family. She was on here once in answer to a question from another member, she was so helpful and she took the time to respond to some of us. I was so lucky to have had this experience.

I am always sad to hear someone has a cancer diagnosis. Bone cancer is very painful. I hope it was caught in time for a full and speedy recovery.
