I am lucky to have a Re Store in my area. It is a great place to shop for home goods from a to z. And yes all profits go to building funds.

Thanks! Wish I was in your area. We have a Restore but I haven't found any quilt books so far, though I do look whenever I'm in there. I did find a basket of quilting books in our Humane Society thrift store and I bought a few I didn't have. Even if I never use them all, I love looking at them - kind of like cookbooks!

We have one in our community and have always thought it would be a fun place to stop and look around - never seem to have the time when in the area, and never think about it when I'm not. Your post has made me rethink this - will have to start stopping by once in awhile.

Thanks for the reminder. I haven't been the in ages. I have never looked at the books. I guess I will have to check them out. Or local Habitat store recently moved to a nicer location.
