I've got a box of them pressed and trady to go. I have made some scrappy quilts for pets with them.

I have been using mine for applique, however now I have another use for them...thanks for sharing... :)

Dryer sheets are also good stablilizer for machine embroidery if you run out of stabilizer and want to finish a project. The dealer I bought my machine from also said coffee filters are good in a pinch too. I've only used those once though, don't really like those.

I use them for making shopping bags. I agree that they are a great project for a few spare minutes or when you are too tired to concentrate on the main event. I don't cut strips; I use scraps. I don't color coordinate too much either; I like the random effects.....makes it more of an art project.
