I saved dryer sheets for 9 months to use in string quilts. I work on these blocks here and there as I am not terribly fond of scrap quilts, having not made one yet. I also use them for stabilizer when doing my labels. I love this ideal.

I found that tip from a lady here on the board & am now on my 2nd lap sized string quilt & I love 'em!

I did a rail fence on dryer sheet foundation (that is waiting to be quilted) ... I loved working with this method. I've been saving more dryer sheets and looking forward to starting another one soon.

dryer sheets are highly flammable. Be selective about what you make with them. Wall quilts, fine. Bed quilts, not so much.
