I think when a company goes above and beyond they should receive a big shout out. So here it is:

I have ordered from them several times and been very happy but this week they really did an outstanding job. I received an order and unfortunately, it had been printed off-grain. I contacted them via email (with pictures) and had an immediate response. They are replacing my order with fabric that they inspected to be sure it was printed correctly. They would have mailed it out the same day but the mail wasn't running.
Don't be afraid to order from them, they have beautiful backs and great customer service.
