WHOO HOOO! I just love this Board!

Saw a question from someone re using flannel rather than batting and someone described this as a "Summer Quilt". Googled and got info from "Articles" on this board. As my quilts (when I make them - never quilted - little sewing experience) will be used as decor items this will be soooo good for me. The "sandwiching" and quilting on a DSM using batting is a little scary for me!

Over the moon that I have found the "Articles" section. So much info for me!:D :D :D

Cheers Jan (from the "land of OZ)

PS Adelaide is not that cold - can't even remember when we last had a frost!

woohoo... great links to add to my favorites. Thanks Paper princess. You never know when you'll need help and I usually check the board before You Tube or Google as I trust the experience our wonderful members hold.

If you are just doing them as deco, eliminate the center and just do the birthing method. Put the two layers right sides together, sew around the edges, leaving an opening to turn it. Turn it right side out and either hand stitch or machine stitch the opening together.
