I was at the quilt show in Columbus Ohio and they were demonstrating this cutting system. Do you have one? If so, do you like it? $209.00

Hi Crafty,
Yes I love mine. Had for at least 10 years. One of the very first one's. Later they improved the measureing arm. So I got the update for mine.
There is a new version out now to cut larger pieces of fabric.
My friend Carol B demos then at shows. She is the one in the pink top on the link you put up....

I saw this demonstrated at a Quilt show and would like to own one, but will wait until another show and buy it there so I don't have to pay shipping. Hope one shows soon.

Is this like the Accuquilt? I have a hard time making accurate strips, I'm getting tired of all the preparation time it takes to set up the fabric. JoAnn sells something similiar to this but the cutting surface if only 12 inches. Almost used my 50% off coupon, but decided against it at the last minute. I'll have to save my $$$. Thanks for the link.

It's the Alto Quilt Cut 2 system. I have one and never get the same size after the first cut. The metal guide has to be lined up in the exact same spot next to the fabric every time. I just couldn't do it. The mat and board is great! I took the guide off and use my ruler. I have the Accucut Go! die cut machine and it's the best I've used for getting accurate cuts.
