    Default Quilting Helpers

I found these helpful 'things' at my LQS. They are made by www.battsintheattic.com. I have no connection with this company, except to use and enjoy this product. They are great to use instead of gloves while sewing, piecing, or quilting. Well worth the price. They are called Batt Scooters. Just scroll down and you will find them.

JO ANN's has the blunt tip scissors for $7.19 on line....Nancy's Notions has them for 10.95...titanium coated. The style of scissors are blunt tip cuticle scissors. Nancy's notions calls them safety scissors

They look a lot like baby nail scissors.

The scissors look like mustache scissors. As for the "bat scooters" a lot of quilters use a couple of dish sponges, which is what I would use, if I were use them, a whole lot cheaper than those "bat scooters", but if you like them, go for it, I'm just too cheap to pay that much money for "specialty tools".

I agree. Would not pay that price for them either.
