Default Great "quilting journal"

I was at Office Depot today (to pick up some of my favorite
ink pens) when I spotted these composition notebooks.

Think maybe a quilter designed this cover? or do I just have
a quilter's brain (and eye) when I see things like this.

The best part? they were only $1 each.

I will be checking these out. Answer - you just have a quilter's brain, lucky you!

I have to go out today, so now I'm off to Office Depot. When I do my quilts I like to use an extra page in my journal to add a sample of each fabric used, as well as a picture of the the quilt finished along with what the original picture of the pattern was (ok, ok I like playing with my camera). I do this because I've made quilts that I didn't think I would like, but after I changed the fabric or tweaked it to my taste then I loved it. So this lets me show what I started with and what I ended up with.

Our Office Depot stores disappeared a few years ago. It's probably less aggravating to make covers for standard books rather than to go through ordering them; they are interesting though. Joyce in Delaware
