I have made this pattern and the bag is a nice size. Not too small or too large.

If you're looking for the fabric requirements for this bag, we have the back of pattern on our website.

    Go here: http://www.quilt-kits-online.com/pro...od=PAA126%2FB3

Click on the (Enlarge) under the picture, then scroll to the second picture for the back of the pattern.

I have also seen this at one of the LQS, and it looks lovely! They did the red like the photo.

Wow-- this is a crazy coincidence ... I was cleaning up my sewing room just yesterday and came upon the box of fabric and patterns I bought at a fantastic quilt shop in Kona while my husband was competing in the IronMan (I had completely fogotten about it) . I bought the fabric just like the pattern. The quilt shop owner assured me that it wasn't that difficult to make, the texture techniquer used onthe flap wasn't as difficult as it looked, and the results were well worth the effort. You have given me reason to move this up to the top of my UFO list. If anyone else made one, please post pix.
