I'll be watching when I get home from work. You tube isn't allowed at work. I have her book on making quilts with sergers. This past month we did a lap sized quilt that was also quilt as you go and it was great. so easy and when it was done, you had your quilt completed along with quilting and batting. This month we are making a jacket from fleece. I'm enjoying my serger so much.

Looks like it would be fun to try one of these.

That triangle cutter template caught my attention...interesting......that quilt does look like fun to do, but I have an older Viking serger that I NEVER bonded with........when Nancy said she removed a needle....I froze.......love the instant threading on that BL she used....maybe I should look into a newer version and make a new friend.....tell me about your sergers!

I have a Baby Lock Imagine serger with Jet Air threading. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! I had a Pfaff and when it had to be re-threaded, it would take me all evening, and I would nearly lose my mind! I paid $1500 for it, and sold it on Craig's List several years later for $25 just to get rid of it. I probably could have gotten more, but just wanted it gone. I hope the lady that bought it had better luck than I did. I would highly recommend a Baby Lock serger.
