Sewing curves

I took a class about 2 years ago that taught just this method. It was so simple and the pieces went together so beautifully and simply - I was astounded. Here is a photo (I've posted it before) that shows a quilt made from that class. The best advice I can add is this: once you have sewed the long curved strips, you must clip, clip, clip all along the strips before pressing. Some of the clips were very close together, but the curves pressed flat and neat. If any section didn't press flat, I would clip some more until it did.
Try it - it's a great technique.
