Default Using tulle to transfer quilting patterns

This is a net way to transfer your free printable quilting motifs or copy's from your quilting books. Go to u-tube and type in "Using tulle to transfer quilting patterns". Haven't tried this method yet, but will when I need to mark my next quilt.

Can you sew right through the tulle? Seems to me if I had to transfer to tulle, transfer to fabric with chalk then mark with pencil that is a lot of work.

I'm thinking the chalk step can be left out and still work. I've never had much luck with chalk staying on for as long as I need it to.

After marking the quilting design on the tulle, you can use many methods to transfer onto the fabric. You can use air erasable or wash a way marking pens, even a pencil. The tulle can be use over many times. No you don't sew through it.
