I thought I would share with you the pattern I just put up on my quilt guild's website. I have never written a pattern before and hope that it is understandable. I would really appreciate someone taking a look at it and giving me some constructive feedback. Thanks!

I really like it..

Do you think you would be able to put the tute in a pdf format? I don't have any Microsoft programs. Thanks

Did it show up on your screen? I didn't save it as a PDF because I embeded it in the website. If you open it as a full screen, it shows up in a PDF type format and it doesn't need word. Should I put it in PDF so it can be downloaded?

Okay... I just updated the page on the website, so now it is downloadable as a PDF instead of a word document. I think I like that better because then it is not able to be altered by others.

I'm going to have to try one. It would make a great gift.

I am making them for a charity my guild is doing. We make quilts and goody-bags for new moms at our local military base. I had several guild members ask me for the pattern, but since I made it up, I had to write it up. My mom asked me if I could make her an adult one, so that when she is traveling (which she does a lot), she can wear one, so she can eat and drink on the road and not worry about spills. I figured I would use a hand-towel instead. Maybe I could do these for nursing homes too.
