I use the plastic bags for inside of baby fabric books. They make noise when the baby plays with it .

I think quilters are just about the most clever, resourceful people I've ever known. I love this and all the possibilities that are just swimming in my head wondering, "Would this work?"

Sounds like it might be a great addition to mug rugs. Put a layer between the batting and backing to prevent the sweating glasses from soaking the mug rug and making a mess on your tables!
