This was recently on Ebay and didn't sell or have any offers. I don't think the paint job is attractive to many quilters.

If I didn't already have one that was original I might have to get it! Really do prefer the original though.

Well, if I didn't have one and the price was lower.....how much would another paint job be?

Sewgray - I saw this ad. I just deleted it. Not that I mind custom paint jobs, but this is very guy friendly - not at all my style. (Apparently we're neighbors) Howdy Neighbor

i think it's fun! if i didn't have 2 i'd seriously consider it. could probably get him down to a reasonable price from the sound of it.

I say BUY IT!!!!!! I know I would if I were there.(checking change jar right now) LOL!!
Even if it has been repainted it's still worth it if it's been gone through and runs well. People around here are trying to sell them for over $400. Plus. Some of those are "as is" also.
Heck if anything you could find a worthy sewer here to sell it too.
Lack of planning on your part does NOT nessessitate an emergency on my part.

Does look like someone may have put the decals on to rev it up! Even industrial machines can't sew like lightening.

I think its kinda cute but it would be hard to stay focused using it --I think I would hear my old home ec. teacher telling me to slow down
