Default Hatch embroidery software

Hello, I bought the Hatch software, and I like it, but cannot figure out how to open zipped files in it. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to open them?

I have an 11,000 Janome Memory Craft embroidery machine. And I love it, just had a new mother board put on, my old one died. It's about 17 yrs old and used nearly every day. I made up the lace Nativity set in November. Will try to attach it. I just love doing FSL. Also t-shirts and pant legs. Mostly anything not moving. haha
Thanks for any help.

Your embroidery is beautiful! Did you digitize that?

I don't believe that Hatch will open a zipped file. You will need to unzip it, then add it to your library.

You will have to unzip the file in your Computer Documents and then open them from documents to Hatch..I have hatch its a big learning curve but definitely great software..
My wife has had a Janome 11000 SE from new and it's still good as new..doing 50-60 towels a year for birthdays-new borns general sewing etc
I sold my 11000 which I had for 12 years and purchased a 550E mainly for the large hoop as I don't have to split large designs and will stitch 120k stitches in a single session

Do a right click with the computer mouse on the file and then select "extract all".

You will have a new file folder with the individual designs listed in it.

Then open the program and "open" the design file.
