Default jacket design

Hi all! This design is from embroidery.com. We looked for a 1935 Plymouth sedan, NOT a coupe, but this is all we could find similar to it, a 1929 Essex. My grand daughter-in-law's dad is restoring a 1935 Plymouth. He wanted this design on his jacket they are giving him for christmas. I first made a patch to see how the design stitched and then on the jacket, itself. It stitched much better on the Patch than on the jacket. I was able to hoop my fabric with cut-a-way but could not hoop the jacket. I had to pin, pin, pin to my cut a way. I see a couple of gaps, but unless you look up close, you may not notice. If anyone notices they will just have to get over it. I am so done today. These 5 days before christmas projects, do not make for happy holidays to me.
