Embroidery card
 
Have a problem.... Can anyone help or give suggestion? Have the embroidery card "Sunflowers" & when it's inserted it says "this card can not be used,..." but it's suppose to be For Brother Compatibles". I have Brother NV2800D. It worked great in previous Brother. TIA..

Is the card inserted correctly?

Check page 129 of the manual. It says that the card must go in the machine in the correct direction. Machine has to be off.

Did you select the design source on the machine? machine, usb, or card? Is the design size and hoop size compatible with the machine?

The design is too large for the size hoop you have selected.

Sometimes you are able to resize your designs to fit when it won't accept the design. I have digitizing software that allows you to resize. I have done this to many times to count.

Problem solved. Contacted company & rep sent me the pes format, so I'll download to usbs soon.... Will try to find a home for it.....
