Unhappy 10 stitches later

10 stitch later, I sliced a big chuck off my left index finger nail and all. So be careful with your rotary cutter!!!! Maybe I need the Fons and Porter glove LOL!!!

Ouch that was a pretty deep wound, I hope you heal up quickly it's amazing how sharp those things are. A friend was over one night he picked it up off the table to look at it, and next thing I know he says he needs a bandaid - for what? Crazy boy ran it across his hand to see if it was sharp (and this was before any beers lol)

Oh, I'm sorry this happened to you. But, it's a good reminder to all of us that these accidents can and will happen if we are not very cautious. Hope it is better soon!

Ooooh nasty. Hope you heal quickly. Have done the same (not as bad as you) and it's no fun.

Ow that sure does sound like it must have hurt a lot. I feel for you I've sewn my finger thru the sewing machine but those rotary cutters are very sharp. I was cutting some fabric one day using a wooden ruler and missed and the cutter cut a piece of wood right off the ruler so I can see your poor finger. Take care and hope it feels better quick. Sue

No stitches here. But my son giggles each time I do that to myself. I keep the side of my pointer finger trimmed up. And I have also picked it up wrong and cut into a finger. Yep, I know where my band aids are.
