Default 2.5 inch squares

I love working with these scrap squares. Right now I'm working on this pattern. I'm making the large squares out of a 16 patch and the white strips out of 2.5 inch white on white or white on cream squares.
I'm making a king size. That's a lot of little squares to sew together. Anyone have any other ideas?

This is a great pattern! and I love the fabrics.........right now I'm blank, but if I think of something I'll post. Seems like you might find lots of free patterns by googleing the size of fabric squares you want to use.

benndm why don't you post that picture on the 2.5" swap page. It would be a good inspiration for the swappers.

I believe your asking how to get the look without cutting a bunch of little squares? If that's it, I would suggest you sew strips of your fabric together and then sub cut them into strips. You get the look without sewing all those little squares together. Pretty quilt.
