Very pretty! As for the border question, it depends on what size are you lookinf for? If you want it larger then I would add a border.

Looks gorgeous. I wouldn't do another border, but how about a sliver of yellow with the binding ie. using the faux piping machine binding method. http://tlcstitches.blogspot.com/2010...-tutorial.html

I think all you need to do is add your binding because it is great the way it is.

I think if you want to add another border - maybe the blue IMHO. Yellow is a very powerful color and might take away from the beautiful blue and green prints.
