Default 3 day trip to lancaster!

My quilt guild has planned a 3 day trip for shopping and relaxing. We have rented a house and are bringing our food for dinners and breakfasts. There will be 8 of us who were able to go and we will be taking 2 cars. Can't wait. We leave tomorrow morning.
I have planned the fabrics I need to find and hope to see some really great shops.
My DH is planning to take care of the dog and get some yard work done while I am gone. Woo Hoo!

Hi Beth,

I was born and bred in Maryland: Silver Spring, Hyattsville and Greenbelt. Wish I lived close to you, it sounds like such a fun trip with quilting buddies. Please show us what you purchase when you get back. HAVE FUN FOR ME TOO!!

If you have never been before, you & your group are going to be in fabric & quilt heaven! I live 90 min away but don't get there as often as I would like. It's just wonderful.

Oh how wonderful I sure hope that you all have a wonderful time. I don't live that far really from Lancaster in fact I live in Elkton, Md. But I have to mention if you are up in around New Holland area try to go to Shadey Maple for lunch or dinner at their buffet or the new little caffe in the grocery store building. Must ask where did you rent your house at up there. Yes take some pics too and buy buy buy. lol
