4 H Block help needed please!

If you need a 12.5" wide block, you're going to need to make the center blocks 4.5" square.
If you do 4.5", then 4.5 + 4.5 + 4.5 =13.5 - 2 seam allowances you loose an inch leaving you 12.5"
If you do 4.5", then 4.5 + 4.5 + 4.5 =13.5 - 2 seam allowances you loose an inch leaving you 12.5"
