Got a bonus at work and I indulged myself a little bit. Last year I got a longarm machine with my bonus so I'm being a little conservative this year.
Having it delivered to work since I have had packages disappear off my porch and no way do I want this one to go missing.

Good for you, you deserve the treat, it sounds like you have worked hard all year!

Oh goody - this means you'll start designing again! Looking forward to seeing another of your designs. Did you see the last design K3N did on EQ? If you haven't, look it up. It ought to get your design juices going!

About a year or so ago, a friend closed her quilt shop and had a garage sale of all the fabric she brought home for $2.00 a yard -- I got 100 yards, but pieces were from 2 to 10 yards so I didn't get as many different fun fabrics. Had to save up my "allowance" for that shopping spree. I'm a state employee in Ohio and we are glad to get our regular paycheck, even though it's smaller the last couple of years then it used to be. What fun for you! I just started buying some batiks and could see how they could get addictive.
