I like the little border. I have this pattern on my cutting table right now. What size blocks did you use?

actually I would not put that border on it. That bordert seems to get lost in the busyness of the center. I would but a thin inner border(stop border) to frame the center ad then use a fabric from the center to add a border and then a med dark binding. Is there a color prefference for the baby/ or its room? If there is then choose that color for the outer border. Either way - Pretty quilt!!!!!o

OK, guess I have to be different. I would not put a border on it. It is beautiful the way it is and this past year I have done many without borders and am finding that I really like them without.

I always add a border to my quilts. You don't put a picture on the wall unless it is in a border - it just finishes it off. Your quilt is very pretty - good fabric selection.

I like the border but would use the darker teal/green/blue if you have enough.

That is a beautiful quilt. If it were me, I would add about a 1" frame in one of the darker colors (turquoise or pink) before adding the border & then the same for the binding. I just like inner borders to "stop" the quilt, add a border and then add the binding. Either way, it is still a beautiful quilt.

I really like the border you would put on. I feel it frames your nice work.

Your quilt has a lot of motion. Most times a border will to slow it down. By, the way, the quilt is wonderful.
